If time is limited or your relationship challenge feels especially overwhelming, schedule a counseling intensive. Meet with Kacey for a 4 hour block in which we will fit assessment and treatment into one session, with short breaks every 50 minutes. Intensives include assessment of relational challenges, injuries, patterns and strengths followed by treatment of common relationship challenges like communication, disconnection, conflict management, infidelity and more. Kacey will use elements of the Gottman Method to support reconnection through an attachment lens, using Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and Internal Family Systems as well as other modalities. Practice new ways of communication, unlearn old patterns and learn new ones, unlock new perspectives and empathy for one another, and leave armed with tools to use at home.
